Annie's Flat Stanley

Annie sent her Flat Stanley to visit her cousin, Katy. During his time with Katy, Flat Stanley had many new adventures!!

Katy’s Family traveled to Los Cabos, Mexico! He got to see the Pacific Ocean and Lover’s Island. It was beautiful!

Flat Stanley enjoyed watching Katy play volleyball in a big tournament! 

Flat Stanley learned all about High School when he attended a day with Katy. He loved Spanish class!

Colt's Flat Stanley

Colt’s Flat Stanley traveled all the way to Florida to visit his cousins, Amanda, Heath and Gillian. 

Flat Stanley was surprised to see alligators sunbathing and swimming right outside Amanda’s office! 

The weather was beautiful so the family took many walks in different parks in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Flat Stanley enjoyed playing in the sand! 

   

Flat Stanley learned about Christopher Columbus when they visited replicas of the Nina and the Pinta.

  

Flat Stanley found this cool rock someone painted. He was able to hide it in a new spot for someone else to find and enjoy!

Lila's Flat Stanley

 Lila sent Flat Stanley to visit her Uncle John, Aunt Alicia, and Cousins, Colin and Caroline outside Washington,DC in Clifton, Virginia for a few weeks.

During his visit, he accompanied Uncle John on some meetings at the U.S. Capitol.  He saw the Capitol crypt, and found the Indiana statue (each state has two statues in the Capitol) honoring former Governor and Senator Morton.

   

He wanted to go up to the Rotunda, but security was tight because the President was having his annual St. Patrick’s Day lunch with Congress upstairs.

 

Since Flat Stanley was visiting during Spring Break, he accompanied Andrew, Colin, and Caroline to the National Aquarium in Baltimore, and the National Air and Space Museum as well.
 
Finally, he joined Andrew and Colin’s Cub Scout Pack visit to Mount Vernon, George Washington’s home.

Bella's Flat Stanley

Bella’s Flat Stanley traveled to Hartsville, Indiana to see Bella’s Aunt Roxanne. Flat Stanley went to work with Aunt Roxanne in the Quality Control Lab.



 Flat Stanley had to wear a special uniform.

 Flat Stanley met many new friends including a guy named Jeb and Booty the work mascot!



Stanley kept getting stuck in things at work! 

Stanley really enjoyed working with Aunt Rhonda!

Olivia's Flat Stanley

                            

Olivia sent her Flat Stanley to Louisville, Kentucky to visit Grandma O’Keefe.  

Flat Stanley enjoyed spending time with Olivia’s family. It was Spring Break, so Olivia was able to join in the fun, too! Flat Stanley enjoyed a treat at Dairy Queen with Olivia!

Flat Stanley was so excited that he was able to come back to Indiana to visit Olivia, when Olivia’s baby sister, Riley was born! 

Flat Stanley helped Grandma with her flea market booth and went to college for a day with Olivia’s Aunt Devyn.

 Flat Stanley really liked playing with Grandma’s dogs, Rosco and Millie. 

     

The best adventure was going with Olivia to see Disney on Ice at the Yum! Center in Louisville! Flat Stanley had a great time!

Tabitha's Flat Stanley

Tabitha sent her Flat Stanley to visit her Aunt Rhonda in western Michigan. Aunt Rhonda took Flat Stanley to Lake Michigan. Even though it was cold, Flat Stanley enjoyed walking the beach and hearing the waves crash on the shore.

 

Next, they visited a sand dune called Mt. Baldhead in Saugatuck, Michigan. 

Aunt Rhonda also took Flat Stanley to Holland, Michigan to see an authentic Dutch Windmill. The De Zwaan is the only authentic working Dutch windmill in the United States!
